I have had nothing but trouble with my GL450 since I purchased it and the worst service I have ever experienced in my life with a dealer. So here is the latest up date. Tomorrow will be two weeks since they have my 450 again, for the 4th time. That makes 41 days in the shop since (August 27, 2006).

” After having so many problems since new such as pulley noise 3 times repairs (they changed the pulley), Airmatic suspension could not go up with 2 times repair (they have to change the whole suspension system), DVD player stuck and wont play (they changed the DVD player), A/C temperature controller broke (i do not know how they fix it), seat handle/ lever broke (how often anyone ever got this problem. I never have this problem in the past before with any of my car, and now on Mercedes? What happen about what they claim the best car in the world), plastic key crack on Panic button (We never use panic button) and they do not want to warranty it and it cost over $250.00 (We never drop the the key).
Now, dip stick up dates... Comon, even a dip stick need to be updated??? What could be wrong with a dip stick....
Problems start at about 3000 Miles and now 26000 miles so I do not know what next...car sucks....

Also, now Penske saying there is no more free pick up and and delivery service and I have to pay $95.00 and the fact I live 40 miles away with busy schedule and got to deal with so much bullshit problem like this. It is sucks to deal with....

I thought buying Mercedes for more money meaning no hassle and no problem...but I guess NOT....what you think.....
We never modified the car what so ever and the car is fully stock, in fact I bought this for my wife.

I am really thinking of claiming for a LEMON LAW, so any suggestions of how to do this or any feed back anyone?????
Anybody else ever dealt with this kind of problems?
