Vielä kun Ranska ja Saksa vapauttaisivat jossain muodossa tilannetta niin alkaa näyttää paremmalta :)

"Article 31a of the Act on Narcotics is most commonly resorted to in order to dismiss criminal cases concerning the possession of small quantities of cannabis for personal use. ... As far as cannabis is concerned, however, in March 1994 the Federal Constitutional Court ruled that the above-mentioned limit of three consumption units (corresponding to about 6 grams of hashish) has to be considered mandatory and therefore all cases involving the possession, purchase or import of lower amounts of cannabis for personal use must be dismissed because hashish use does not threaten public health."
