"What I have found using several DVD-authoring and capturing programs that if you have a heavily fragmented Hard drive it can cause delays during transcoding that can make the Audio and Video out of sync during some parts of the recording. The Quickest Fix is to use Diskeeper 9 it defrags 50X faster than windows biult in defrag, and optomise's you Hard disk. It is also one of the only programs that can defrag you master boot record."
