Just registered in this forum so maybe my info is little bit late but about this 85216160000 mobilenumber...
My thai girl friend is using this phone number when she is calling from thailand to finland. She told me that thai operator AIS is offering cheap international callings to their customers´ pre paid SIM cards. Using somekind of code before putting international phonenumber they are able to call very cheap calls. When she is calling from her phonenumber to me i can see number 85216160000. At the firs time when she was calling me from this number I did not answer and checked out that it was from HongKong, then she called from her own number (without the code) and was angry to me "Why u not answer?!" and she explained how wise she has been taking new offer from her teleoperator : ). I told that i checked out that it was HongKong number and she told that AIS (thai operator) has some business with HongKong operator and that´s why... So i think it´s not scam. Do you have any thai friend in Thailand who maybe wanted to reach you ?

epäilys heräs kun kyseli Visan numeroa.Kun sanoin ettei oo nyt tollasta summaa, niin pyysi 200 eetua.Kun edelleen olin epäileväinen, löi luurin korvaan...
