Tuolla esim. on asiasta vähän erilainen näkökulma:

Tuossa on toinen juttu asian tiimoilta tämän päivän Heraldin sivuilta:

Siksi minun on vähän vaikea niellä tuota juttua tuollaisena. Vaan eihän sitä tiedä - koskaan.
Nehän on nyt aikoneet tehdä toisen tutkimuksen kuolinsyystä. Jospa se tuo lisävalaisua asiaan.
Sitäkään en kyllä ihmettele, jos 15-vuotiaalle yksinjätetylle, baareissa pyörivälle tytölle sattuu jotain. Sattuu kaikkialla maaimassa.

Toinen on ravintolan baarimikko. Tyttö on ensin huumattu ja sitten raiskattu.
"lähti sieltä neljän aikaan yöllä jonkun baarin työntekijän kanssa "
No niinpä tietysti.
".... It was the last time they would talk. That evening, feeling ill, Julio decided to stay at home. So Scarlett teamed up with a 16-year-old girl called Ruby for one last night on the town.
Dutch-born, the Daily Mail tracked the teenager down to her home in the South of Spain where she told of their last night together.
"I wasn't planning on going out but Scarlett talked me into it," said Ruby.
"She suddenly blurted out that she was sleeping with Julio. He had a motorbike and used to buy her food and drinks. I was shocked. I'd no idea they were having a relationship. I just thought they were friends."
Shortly afterwards the girls headed into town.
"We bought our first Bacardi Breezer at a shop near where I was staying and drank it in a taxi on the way to a disco-bar called the Nine Bar," said Ruby.
"We had another Breezer at the bar but it was empty.
"We moved to a beach bar where we had another two or three Breezers, one or two beers and a tequila shot.
"We were quite drunk by the end of it and got a taxi back to my place. Scarlett stayed in my room for about five minutes before we said our goodbyes and promised to stay in touch. It must have been about 1am when she left."
Although Ruby says they did not do any drugs that night, she admitted Scarlett smoked cannabis "night and day" and often looked "stoned".
What happened in the next few hours is unclear but, somehow, hard drugs seem to have entered the equation. At about 3am a British witness called Mike saw Scarlett fall over in front of a beach bar.
"She was wasted, talking gibberish, but she was just about coherent," he revealed.
"I told people to stay away from her because she was clearly very young."
Scarlett later told him she had taken three drops of LSD, two Ecstasy pills and cocaine.
Shortly after entering the bar she went into the kitchen area at the back, where she remained for at least an hour talking and taking cocaine with some Indian men.
Leaving the bar at 5am, Mike spotted Scarlett lying on the ground outside with a barman on top of her. He shouted at them but did not intervene because he did not hear screaming.
An hour and a half later and Scarlett's body was found on the beach. Later still, Fiona's mobile would ring and her nightmare began.
Yesterday her remaining children finally arrived back in Britain where they will be cared for by their grandmother. Fiona remains in Goa, determined to continue her fight.
It is a fight not just for justice for Scarlett, but also to convince a growing army of critics, who believe she fatally let her eldest daughter down... "
