Töissä käytän englantia säännöllisesti. Olen kuitenkin havainnut kieleni köyhtyvän vuosien saatossa ja kielihuolto on siis päässyt unohtumaan.

Target group:
1.International English learners
2.International pedagogs and pedagog students
Class
1.3-5 students ( 1 can be a trainer (Pedagog, self learner or otherwise driven person))
2.45 minutes
3.weekly meetings on prioritized time
4.Meeting structure based on Agenda
5.(free form of curriculum if needed)
Methods:
1.Wikipedia topic discussion in groups
2.Wikipedia topic writing
3.Wikipedia vocabulary exercise
Tools:
1.Broadband Internet connection
2.Email address for sharing meeting and contacts information
3.Computer with installed Skype with Skype username
4.Skype voice or video conference call
5.Skype group chat for vocabulary and spelling exercises, small writing, language quiz, etc...
Motivation aspects:
1.Trainer has freedom to bring own ideas and pedagogic methods how to proceed. Use of Wikipedia is recommended as it is available for all.
2.Trainer creates the agenda which is free content but needs to follow common rules
3.Students set their goals, speed and amount work they do for their language
4.Meeting agenda structure keeps learning meaningful and allocates enough time for students
5.Trainer is the chairman and controls the airtime
6.All parties do select and decide their participation themselves. Nobody is kicked out
Common rules:
1.talk English only, write English only. Something you don't know learn for next time to say in English.
2.max 5 team members
3.minimum 30 minutes max. 45 minutes
4.none commercial activity
5.lessons are free
6.use of Skype conference calls and Skype group chat
7.respect for others
8.all levels of English are ok – if you don't like it stop joining and find a new team.
9.Trainer is the chairman. In case of absence delegates to some student
