Onko jollakin kokemusta Bupropionista (Zyban) masennukseen?

Wikipedian mukaan lääke on tehokkaampi kuin Efexor ja sillä on muitakin etuja:
Tehokkaampi remissio kuin Efexorilla:

Tuo energiaa paremmin kuin SSRI:t:
"Bupropion improved ratings of 'energy', which had decreased under the influence of the SSRI; also noted were improvements of mood and motivation, and some improvement of cognitive and sexual functions."
Ei seksisivuvaikutuksia:

Joko se on hyväksytty masennuslääkkeeksi Suomessa?
Aikoinaan pyysin lääkäriltä sitä tupakanvieroitukseen, mutta niin että se olisi kirjoitettu masennuslääkkeenä, jossa minulla on erityiskorvattavat lääkkeet. (Zyban maksaa aika sairaasti) Ei käynyt kuulemma, kun sitä ei ollut Suomessa vielä hyväksytty masennuksen hoitoon. Jos joku tietää asiasta, olis tosiaan kiva kuulla kokemuksia.
Eipä kai ole hyväksytty masennuksen hoitoon, mutta kaiketi psykiatri voisi kuitenkin pyynnöstä kirjoittaa sitä, jos asiakas on valmis maksamaan koko lystin.
Taitaa tosiaan tulla kalliiksi, halvin Zyban-tuote maksaa 100 kpl / 146.50 €, annostus 150 mg, ja masennukseen noita tarvitsee varmaan 2 kpl / pv = 300 mg, jolloin hinnaksi tulee yhteensä 293 € eli n. 88 € / kuukausi.
Tietysti jos saisi apua jo 150 mg:lla, niin pääsisi paljon halvemmalla...
