I'm signing contract tomorrow on apartment which has 5 rooms, so I'm sub-renting 4 rooms (two of them perhaps taken allready).
The whole apartment is around 150m2, 5 rooms kitchen 2 toilets washing room, and it's located on top (5th) floor of a Jugend -style "castle". There's three exits, and an elevator. Tram stop right outside, 5 minutes ride to city center, or 10 minutes walk. Kaivopuisto and Merisatama (sea shore line) close by. Three grocery shops close by.
Four of the rooms are between 15m2 - 20m2, and there's one small, less than 10m2 room. All rooms have their own exits to hallway. The rents are between 400 - 600e/month, one month's deposit. All included (water, electricity, wireless internet 110M, home insurance, washing machines, cutlery etc.) in the rent. The building has also sauna (we can reserve times).
The rooms are not furnished, but we can furnish them with tenant.
