Hei kaikille!
I'm a foreign student graduated from an ammattikorkeakoulu, now I want to apply for master degree, because I don't have any working experiences, which universities are best for me? I'm also considering the costs. Because I know that some area (esim. Helsinki, Turku,...) the housing rent is very expensive, could you give some suggestion which area is less expensive to live in Finland, at the same time a foreign student can study master degree?
Kiitos avusta! :)

Hello, it would be best if you could first tell about what it is that you want to study. Several universities have the possibility to apply for master's degree, but it depends a lot on what your desired area is. It is definately a lot cheaper to live in the smaller cities, but those universities don't have as big a selection so may have to chosee based on which one offers the best fit.
Well, I studied Business Administration, so I guess I have to choose the same area with the master degree. I guess for example Helsinki University definitely has such degree, but cities like Helsinki are my last choice, because they are too expensive for us to live and study. Also it requires working experiences. I know you are quite right, that those universities in small cities don't have much choices, so do you have any suggestions? Whether to apply a master or study other degree is better in my situation?
Kiitos paljon!! :D
Also some universities require you to have few years of work life experience before being able to apply for the masters degree. Also you have to do the entrance exam and it might be in finnish, unless you go into an English line. Check out the university sites in English, they should have good info. What is your field of study?
There is also some masters degrees in ammattikorkeakoulus.
