1.why in first court there is only one judge.
2.why theire no service whom are controlin and looking at every sentence

Continuously we in Finland emphasise the fact that we live in the Christian constitutional state in which everyone's rights operate equally in practice. Unfortunately this is the mere phrase, which has died and does not come true in practice. We have always classified the people to the position of different value of the inborn starting points, of health et cetera on the basis and which is at the lowest level in this classification, it is very difficult he to get a right.
Likewise we in Finland have racism an everyday reality towards for disabled person or belonging into the minority tribe.

So this racism and the offences of a right are not directed merely to the foreigners but they also are directed to the Finnish citizens who have lost their health or belong to the minority tribe. As Samis. I himself have been hurt seriously and permanently already 27 years ago in the traffic accident and I know what will be when in addition to his health the human being loses a value also as a human being and one ends up totally outlaw and without rights victim. Likewise my experience is that our in Finland higher civil servants are not interested in the fact whether the individual citizens' rights come true or not. Thus the ones, which had hurried to be a victim, do not get a right in Finland on any means.

In Finland the disabled persons' and old persons' in fulfillment of the human rights have always had big shortcomings. I have tried to get corrections by telling about my own experiences as a disabled person who has been seriously disabled publicly to these shortcomings. Every word has been the absolute truth down to the smallest detail, but when all did not last this truth, from me was made a lying criminal. So I am the victim of the judicial murder. In Russia the suppliers who defend human rights are silenced with the bullets of the pistol. Instead an attempt is made to silence the human rights activists in Finland with judicial murders.

An attempt has been made to create from our society the Christian nation, which lives in the guidance of God. Olaus Petri lived on the 1500 number and he belonged to the king of Sweden, Kustaa Vaasa, as an adviser. He wrote “The judge's instructions” in which he emphasises that the judge condemns the people of God for God; and they the sentences given by the judge are sentences of God. Likewise Olaus Petri emphasised the fact that God punishes extremely strictly, the wrong judges.
