You'll meet exciting challenges ranging from hardware and software scalability to software architecture and user experience issues.
Your Role
We are looking for a Senior PHP developer with 5 years of development experience. You will work on development projects independently or in small teams, reporting directly to the Product Manager or the Technical Director. You will be a role model for our junior developers with your unparalleled talent and unwavering pursue for best practices.
Essential Requirements
• Outstanding expertise in PHP5 and MySQL 5.1
• Exceptional fluency in object-oriented programming
• Remarkable proficiency at XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Superb grasp of Linux and Apache
• Major experience in multi-server platforms and cloud computing
• Excellent knowledge of web page load time optimization
• Strong talent in software optimization techniques
Desirable Requirements
• Experience in Memcached, jQuery, Adobe Flash, ActionScript 3.0, AJAX, and/or XML
• Experience with unit testing and/or quality assurance engineering
• Experience with PCI-DSS related security practices, such as those listed at OWASP
• Experience with content delivery networks
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows administration
• Experience in managing small development teams (2-3 developers)
