I would like to ask if anyone knows, if there is any ''official'' paper that can be signed for the reason I will describe you.
Me and all my classmates, want a student to be stopped by our lesson. Not only he does not accept the Finnish way of life and many times disturb our lesson as a result to stay behind, but also he insults and threats people. Lately (yesterday=Wensday) he insulted our Finnish teacher too (our teacher is a great and sensitive person, after that she was crying at her office). Because a woman in our class, defended our teacher from that inhuman way, today that guy, caught her and insult her too very badly. When her husband (very calm person) asked him why he did that and tried to calm him down, he insulted him too saying awful things for his wife, cursing at his own language (people know the language were ashamed even to translate), challenging him to fight and even spit on him! (something that happened during lesson after that and did many times to his wife, before and after).
Still, the other guy, although could easily beat him, did not do anything and try to take all the insults from the ''crazy'' guy. After that, the teacher said that they will both (even if the one had no fault) see the school manager on Monday. And the ''crazy'' guy made to the other class mate, the move of the neck that says ''you're dead''!
Unfortunately this is not the first time we have problem with that guy. He did many times to many people (some insults and spittings), who we just avoided him (we understood he is mentaly sick), but now we saw that he is really ''dangerous''! In school and in public.
At the start we all tried to be good with each other, when he was annoying, we were trying to avoid things like the rejection of Finnish culture, the ''being proud'' of taking money for his unlimited bus card from social service (separately from the KELA money) and he was going to the most expensive Gym in Kuopio and also thinking to travel for Moscow with these money etc. (he is not from there) and that he will not make the ''tyoharjoitelu'' (we have to make a month on April, so we can practice the Finnish language and take work experience). But after annoying he became really dangerous, made things like the above. The least we can not do, is a proper lesson!
We are a class, very tight with each other (except that one) and with our teachers, came in Finland, others because of Family (married Finnish, have children), others for a better life, others because were Erasmus and love Finland etc. We want to learn the language and get to work so we can live our lives. But this person, is not letting us adjust. And we are afraid. He does not respect the other, man or woman.
I do not know if that person can ever be ''rehabilitated'', but it is sure that he needs a special school to give him some treatment. He is sick.
So, please, if someone knows, I would like to know, can we make anywhere an official paper that will be signed by ''all'' the classmates? We want to give this paper to firstly to school manager so he will be out of the class and from there if it would be possible to go to immigration and police office.

I don't what kind of school you guys go to, but you do not need any papers. Just go directly to the headmaster/principal of the school and share your concerns.
Thank you for your answer winnieg. We are going to ''Suomen kieli'' school. It is for foreigners to learn the language so they can work after that. The unemployment office sent us here and it is like we make ''tyoharjoitelu'' as soon as we learn the language.
The problem is that this guy is dangerous and next time maybe he will take out a knife...
Unfortunately, our teacher is too good person to do something for that. That is why we want to know if we can make an ''official'' paper, so they will even send him for ''special'' treatment. Even people from his culture, do not support him. The least we want to be done, is to be tested from a ''psychiatric'' if he is mentaly normal, he seems like some kind of psycho. From a happy class, many turned into fear...
Just to make it more clear, in the class we are all adults! We are not children and the guy we are talking about he is 32! He is not a teenager or something, so he causes some terror. In class we are Europeans (I am), Asians, Africans, any kind of foreigner can be in Finland and needs the language. Unfortunately, these kind of people can logicaly cause the people a foreign-fear.
