Tyhjiin koeputkiin voi pipetoida ihan mitä haluaa, niissä on tilaa uusille seoksille. Putki kannattaa pestä ettei ristikontaminaatio haittaa reaktioita. Tulos on varmaan parempi, jos tietää mitä haluaa ja miten se voisi saavuttaa.
Oma putki puhdas, sopivat reagenssitkin on omassa mielessä valittu. Mitenköhän ne saisi vielä reaktioetäisyydelle?
