Sairaalabakteeri kuriin marihuanalla?
Marihuanan kemikaalit saattavat olla hyödyllisiä taistelussa tietyille antibiooteille vastutuskykyistä MRSA- sairaalabakteeria vastaan.

Italialaiset ja englantilaiset tutkijat testasivat viisi suurinta marihuanan sisältämää kemikaalia, eli kannabinoidia ja niiden vaikutusta erilaisiin sairaalabakteerityyppeihin. Kaikki viisi kemikaalia osoittivat laboratoriotesteissä tuhoamisaktiivisuutta MRSA-bakteereja vastaan.

Jotkut synteettiset kannabinoidit osoittivat myös olevansa tarpeeksi vahvoja tappamaan sairaalabakteerin. Tutkijat huomasivat, että kannabinoidit tappavat bakteereja eri tavoin kuin normaalit antibiootit. Tämä tarkoittaa, että ne saattaisivat kyetä tuhoamaan bakteerin vaikka se olisikin vastustuskykyinen antibiooteille.




Ainakin kaksi testatuista kannabinoideista ei aiheuta mielialamuutoksia, joten niitä voisi mahdollisesti käyttää lääkkeenä ilman huumaavia vaikutuksia.

MRSA on yleisin sairaalabakteeri ja se on Stafylococcus aureus -nimisen iho- ja haavabakteerin vastustuskykyinen muoto. MRSA voi tarttua satunnaisesta fyysisestä kosketuksesta tai bakteerille altistuneiden esineiden kautta. Yleisin tartuntatapa on kuitenkin käsien kautta.

Oireita ovat mm. ihoinfektiot, kuten paiseet. MRSA saattaa muodostua vakavaksi taudiksi, erityisesti heikoille tai pitkäaikaissairaille.

Tutkijat toivovat lisätutkimuksia, jotta marihuanan antibakteerisia ominaisuuksia voitaisiin hyödyntää sairaalabakteeria vastaan. Uusia hoitomuotoja tarvitaan, sillä hoitohenkilökunta on suuren ongelman edessä taistellessaan vastustuskykyisiä bakteereita vastaan.

Eihän Koraani kiellä islaminvastustajien tappamista. Ei kyllä suosittelekaan ensisijaisena ratkaisumallina, mutta kiellettyä se ei ole. Joissain tilanteissa miekkaan tarttumista myös suositellaan.

Vielä täydennys äskeiseen, että nuo alkavat kuulostaa kunnon espanjantaudin oireilta, jossa myös keuhkot vuosivat verta jne.

Oireet sopivat tähän samaan sikainfluenssaan maustettuna perinteisillä vanhan vallan mausteilla. Eikä epidemian muutkaan ilmiöt poikkea ennustetuista skenaarioista ja havainnoista muualla. Näytteitä on siis otettu ja lähetetty tutkittaviksi Englantiin. Tuloksi odotellessa kannattaisi käydä rokotuksella jos siihen vain on mahdollisuus.

Saiarstavuus- ja kuolleisuusluvut vaihtelevat aika paljon maittain riippuen mm. epidemian leviämisnopeudesta (samanaikaisesti sairaina olevien määristä), hoidon ja yleisen terveydentilan tasosta jne. Unohtamatta myös sitä, että sairastuneiden ja kuolleiden lukumäärä pitää suhteuttaa tietysti väkimäärään. Ja vielä, että vain pieni osa tapauksista varmistetaan viruseristyksillä täi vasta-ainetutkimuksilla. Joku saattaa unohtaa, että ei sikainfluenssa suojaa muilta kuolinsyiltä, ihmisiä kuolee jatkuvasti sikainfluenssasta huolimatta. En pidä esimerkiksi Ukrainaa sellaisena maana, jonka terveystilastoihin olisin luottamassa samassa määrin kuin vaikkapa Pohjoismaiden. Tiedä sitten mikä salaliitto piilee ukrainalaisten tiedotuksen takana, lisää rahaa, rokotteita tai kaasua länsimaista vai mitä. Paljon uskottavampaa kuin rokotusinfon salaliittoteoretisointi IMHO.

Toisissa postauksissa on todettu, että Ukrainassa ei ole testattu käytännössä melkein ketään, joten ei voi olla varmaa, että se ei olisi H1N1. Paitsi että sikainfluenssa on levinnyt siellä nopeasti ja joitain kuolleita testattuja on todetti H1N1-kantajiksi. Palstan asiantuntijat pitävät todennäköisenä, että se olisi sittenkin H1N1.

Noi kuolemantapaukset ovat tulleet lievältä vaikuttavan flunssan (päänsärkyä ja lämpöä n 37,3 tms) jälkeen yhtäkkiä ja erittäin nopeasti (tunneissa?) viikon kuluttua sairastumisesta. Oletan että kyse on sytokiinimyrksystä, koska kuolleet ovat olleet nimeomaan nuoria ja terveitä, joilla on hyvä puolustuskyky. Ja niillä on ollut verta keuhkoissa & sisäelimet prakanneet ja lopuksi sydän. Yhdellä miehellä muuttuivat korvalehdet mustiksi vähän ennen kuolemaa, mikä on merkki huonosti hapettuneesta verestä, kun ei enää keuhkot toimineet.

Ukrainassa jyllää siis sikainfluenssa. Se oli ennsutettavissakin. Sama tapahtuu monessa muussakin maassa. Ehkäpä ihmisiä kiinnostaa enemmän sikainfluenssan eteneminen meillä Suomessa ja lähialueilla.

Käytit hieman liikaa sanaa paska, mutta muuten näkemyksesi on perusteltu.

Aivokalvontulehus tappaa Suomessakin ihan parissa tunnissa (meningokokki). Epidemioita ei ole ollut viime aikoina vaan yksittäisiä kuolemia.

Kysessähän on tämä meilläkin jo olevan sikainfluenssa. Iski ilmeisesti lyhyessä ajassa laajalla rintamalla väkirikkaaseen Ukrainaan, jossa ei oltu valmistauduttu epidemiaan. Ehkäpä sielläkin uskottiin, että tauti ei ole tavallista flunssaa pahempi ja he päättivät olla sairastumatta. Virus oli toista mieltä.

Kysessähän on tämä meilläkin jo olevan sikainfluenssa. Iski ilmeisesti lyhyessä ajassa laajalla rintamalla väkirikkaaseen Ukrainaan, jossa ei oltu valmistauduttu epidemiaan. Ehkäpä sielläkin uskottiin, että tauti ei ole tavallista flunssaa pahempi ja he päättivät olla sairastumatta. Virus oli toista mieltä.

Ei lepata housunpuntti. Sikainfulenssa sairastettu ja elimistö on muodostanut vasta-aineet normaalilla tavalla. Aina parempi näin. Infulenssat ovat aina kovempia kuin flunssat, malttakaa vain levätä ja hoitakaa itseänne särky/kuume- ja yskänlääkkeillä!

Aivan kuin noihin ennustuksiin tarvittaisiin jotain "näkyjä". Herra jestas sentään. Nämä "näkijät" osuvat ennustuksissaan oikeaan vain murto-osassa. Ihan yhtä isolla todennäköisyydellä kuin kuka tahansa, joka heittäisi fiilispohjalta omia visioitaan tulevaisuudesta. 60-luvulla ennustanut, että televisiossa on useita kanavia ja seksiä näytetään estoitta. Tällaiset itsestäänselvyydet ovat siis merkittävä todiste "näkijän" yliluonnollisista kyvyistä. Tämä selvä. Pitänee perustaa oma näkijäpuhelin ja ottaa tyhmiltä rahat pois.

On 30 October 2009, the Ministry of Health of the Ukraine announced the confirmation of pandemic (H1N1) 2009 virus infection by RT-PCR in eleven out of 30 samples obtained from patients presenting with acute respiratory illness in two of the most affected regions. Tests were performed in two laboratories in Kyiv, including the National Influenza Centre. Confirmatory tests will be performed at one of the WHO Collaborating Centres for Influenza.

The situation is quickly changing with increasingly high levels of acute respiratory illness (ARI)/Influenza-like-illness (ILI) activity being observed in Ternopil, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi regions. The higher levels of transmission in these regions corresponds to an increased number of hospital admissions and fatalities associated with severe manifestations of acute respiratory illness.

As of 30 October 2009, over 2,300 individuals have been admitted to hospital, including over 1,100 children. One hundred and thirty one (131) cases have required intensive care, including 32 children. International experience of the (H1N1) 2009 pandemic to date, especially from the Southern Hemisphere, has shown that poor clinical outcomes are associated with delays in seeking health care and limited access to supportive care. In addition, this virus has also shown its ability to cause rapidly progressive overwhelming lung disease which is very difficult to treat.

Public health measures recommended by the Ministry of Health of the Ukraine across the entire country include: social distancing (school closures and cancellation of mass gatherings); enhancement of surveillance activities; increased respiratory hygiene; and continuation of the vaccination campaign against seasonal influenza targeting at risk groups.

The Government of the Ukraine has activated coordination mechanisms to respond to the rapidly evolving situation, including the harmonization of response plans across all administrative levels.

In response to the request from the Minister of Health of the Ukraine, WHO is deploying a multi-disciplinary team of experts to assist national authorities in mitigating the impact of the pandemic. The team comprises of the following expertise: health emergencies coordination, case management, epidemiology, laboratory diagnostics, logistics, and media/risk communications.

As per WHO's communication in May 2009, there is no rationale for travel restrictions because such measures will not prevent the spread of the disease.

Travellers can protect themselves and others by following simple recommendations aimed at preventing the spread of infection such as attention to respiratory hygiene. Individuals who are ill should delay travel plans and returning travellers who fall ill should seek appropriate medical care. These recommendations are prudent measures which can limit the spread of many communicable diseases and not only the pandemic (H1N1) 2009 virus.

täällä tosiaankin rokotusvastustaja vouhottajia pelottaa tämä Ukrainan tauti. Onhan suomen media uutisoinut, sama tauti kuin täälläkin...ei vaan rokotuskmpanjaa eikö muutakaan valmistautumista epidemiaan. Pitäis täältä lähettää kaikkien näiden vouhottajien rokotteet sinne.
