However, We received an mails from the Head Quarter in United state regarding the new machine sent to us to make a process on how to fix it so the activating of payment will go smooth and fast, However with the machine brought to us this morning delivered by this afternoon has really changed the system of activating payment into sellers account. according to the message we received they let us know that buyer must send payment according to the account registered country currency and your buyer registered her paypal account in Poland which any payment above 200EUR will be made through PLN currency and your payment is above 200EUR so the money has to be converted to PLN and we'll be able to activate the money into your account. However, they explained to us that all transaction that has problem at least the activation of payment have to start from 1,000.00EUR. However, after converting the 1,000.00EUR to PLN we got the result of 4,411.79 PLN that will be credit into your account, after making this calculation we contacted your buyer and explained to her but he refused to accept this offer and we told her that this is not our fault because we've made a final agreement before that we'll activate the total payment of the 500EUR your account but since your buyer has made the payment in euro in first instance it doesn't let us activate the money into your account even if the transaction was made through PLN from the beginning this problem won't occur. However, she agreed to make the additional payment of the 500.00EUR.

Now the 1,000.00EUR has been deducted and converted to 4,411.79 PLN and this will be activate into your account as fast as we can. Now we need you to proceed to send the 500EUR to her son in UK and send us the western union details in order for us to activate the 4,411.79 PLN into your account as fast as we can.

All this problem occurred just because your buyer doesn't make the payment in PLN and the previous machine using for upgrading paypal is very slow they complained from the United State that we should have cover all the Europe country. But we explained to them that the machine really caused plenty problem to all activating of payment which different sellers is really making complain everyday and every time. We're really sorry about our service this time around. but we are working strongly to make sure everything go in order.
