A Los Angeles judge has agreed to postpone the trial date for a lawsuit brought by Michael Jackson and his former lawyer over an alleged secret recording made of them on a charter jet.
Jackson and attorney Mark Geragos sued XtraJet in November. They allege they were videotaped without their knowledge on a flight to Santa Barbara where Jackson surrendered to authorities on child molestation charges.
Over XtraJet's objections, the November trial date was postponed due to the singer's criminal case, which is scheduled for trial in January, and because Geragos is representing Scott Peterson.
