The original video is parody as well. In the end of the year 2015 there was so called "rape wave" in Finland, mostly made by refugees. Because of that, self defence courses for women raised in popularity. YLE is just mocking those courses and victims of sexual assaults in this video. Mocking courses because YLE thinks those kind of things are not needed just because refugees ("finnish men rape as well"), and mocking victims because usually after rape victims dont share same values with YLE anymore..
