Veterinary clinic

I have had a horrible experience in Evidensia Turku clinic! My dog had an appointment for vaccination and the vet was afraid of dogs! She told me to hold the dog tightly to not to bite her, then the dog was stressed and she couldn't inject. She put muzzle on my dog's mouth and 2 nurses came to hold the small dog for subcutaneous injection! (this type of injection is not painful so normally the animals don't react) They caused a lot of pain and stress for the poor dog and at the end wanted to charge me extra because she couldn't inject the first shot so they had to open a new batch of vaccine!

Shame on Evidensia!
