Sheffield U - Arsenal 5.50 - 1.68
S U had a perfect goal disallowed in the first leg, and deserved their late equalizer. I cannot say that I am impressed by their football, but they have a habit of picking up their best game in the cup. They should have a great chance tomorrow against an Arsenal side, missing all their strikers. Bergkamp, Henry, van Persie and Reyes are all out of this match, leaving coach Wenger with 18 -year old Owusu-Abeyie or 17-year old Lupoli, to join make shift striker Freddie Ljungberg. Pires is not available either, and Arsenal will have a weaker look tomorrow than at Highbury 10 days ago. Geary, Montgomery, Liddell and Thirlwell were rested for S United at the week end, but they should all be back for this game, but Cullip is suspended.
I guess that the price on the home win will go down rather quickly. For now 5.50!
Blackburn - Burnley 1.55 - 7.00
Cup game and derby at the same time, and it will be hot, at least among the supporters. Burnley have played two tough league games since the first cup leg, but Blackburn have prepared in sunny Dubai, with no competitive games on their schedule. Key striker Dickov stayed put in England, trying to heal his groin injury, and today, Monday, he trained and is expected to play tomorrow. Good news for goal shy Blackburn. Defender Todd is suspended, and he could be replaced by Matteo. Sinclair, McGreal and M Hyde did not play for Burnley at the week end and only Hyde is expected back for this encounter. Never easy to score against Burnley, but the over all Blackburn class should tell in the end. This price on the home win? (1.55) Maybe not quite up to expectations.
Brentford - Southampton 4.00 - 2.00
The Brentford defence is leaking, and Southampton miss their entire midfield. Against Arsenal Quashie, Prutton, Redknapp and Le Saux all started on the midfield, but none of these players can play tomorrow, leaving room for Oakley and Anders Svensson to start. Kevin Phillips up front, probably with Camara. In the first meeting Southampton used 3 strikers, but this failed, and 4-4-2 tomorrow. Brentford have let in 6 goals in their last two matches, and we cannot talk about ideal top form. It is still a cup game, and they have no major injuries to deal with, and form and cup games do not always go hand in hand. Southampton have definitely improved their football since Redknapp became boss, but Premiership survival must always be their top priority. If I was Redknapp, I would prefer his club to defeat Tottenham on Saturday, but you know footballers and their managers - they want to win everything! The outcome?

mutta me jo 50-vuotta täyttäneet kansakoululaiset monet ollaan väliinputoajia.
Monesti olis tarpeen lukea noita englanninkielisiä analyyseja pelejä puntaroidessa, mutta kun ei ole ketään joka suomentas.
