We were expecting a good and tasty breakfast as well as good service in the cosy environment.
However, the service was under all rating scales and glutein free option was not available.
We asked why we were treated differently than the other customers and asked more clarificatoin on the breakfast menu…no clear clarification was provided.
When we left the restaurant, Emma - the other owner - even shouted to us :
”I think you will feel more comfortable some other place in the future!”
This was such an eye opening experiense what a good customer experience means. I have traveled a lot and visited thousands of restaurants…but never experienced ANYTHING like THIS.
Do not visit in case you do not want to badly ruin you morning.
