halonen: yea but theres another side that if somebody is without job in Finland which is about 9 percent is too high,
quite too high, so the possibility is to get a new job the time of unemployment is much shorter than
many other countries because we are also in the possibility to create new jobs but we have done as you have said
everything that has been thought to be should done by the nation state. and we have had also good
co-operation with business and research and education and so. but we are only 5 million, our good side is
that we are also a member of EU like also Uk because this gives us also large home market not quite
like the USA but the possibility for the home markets and also the good background to work with Russia
or to work with China or to work with many other countries.

Katoin tota haastattelua. Parin ensimmäisen lauseeen jälkeen tuli kiire löytää stop-nappi.. senverran pahalta kuulostaa kun ton näkönen täti ei osaa puhua englantia, ei osaa puhua ja loppukin on sekavaa. Toivottavasti ei tollasta enää joudu kattoon.

Tätä tutkimusta Tarja teki Tansanian presidentin ja yli parin tuhannen apulaisen kanssa 2 vuotta. Tämä on välillä mainittu Halosen suurimmaksi saavutukseksi.
Globalisaatio tosin sivuuttaa Tansanian ja Afrikan niinkuin se haastattelijakin tuossa valistaa.
