This is preliminary extract from my suggestion to turn the tide in Finnish Unemployment Policy
and is part of the philosophy I have referred by applying "Independent Citizen" policy to
tax payers money and to change Finland to be able to adapt to the course change while there is time
to make turn in a course with minor streering changes without passangers to disturb

To continue the habit of submission which in fisrt place resulted the situtaion may at times be continued when letting someone once again appear as an advisor or authority. Then Your are circling around and coming back everytime
to ask help from others. Meaning in the cases which otherwise might grow Your independent skill and self-dignity to get by better off alone.

This idea goes for Finnish Unemployment Policy as well in many other institutions within the ideals of Independent Citizenhip to relieve tax payers money from unproductiove buracracy.

If Yuo ask why one must get rid of unproductive buracracy the answer is that we have options to allocate resources on more profitable manners.

At the bottom of the heart buracracry which supports the co-dependecy of a citizen and puts them circling around to ask more help is not a life. Life is independent
and does not need sticks to walk with
nor does it ask permission to have an opinion or go to one«s own direction.

Creative ideas waiting for an unemployments will never come
when people are passivated by forcing them to the courses. Force is a humiliation and puts people at their heart to feel unhealthy small and humble. In such a spirit there is impossible to grow independence or

My suggestion to Finnish unemployment agencies goes by
naming a contatct persons to every unemployed. This self-evidency which exists everywhere in the business and profitable life lacks
in our unemployment agencies.
When there is a named contact personnel the result is a natural cut off from the old passivating policy to decide on behalf of an unemployed.

Accumulating knwoeldge of a person and creating a trust relationship means there is no more possible to offer Òwhatever coursesÓ or
bypass the negotiations with direct marketing offering something else what was talked with an official.

When knwoeldge will acummulates
it means less possibility to get to discuss with the official in the unemployment agency. This means one must queue to office which means a natural respect. The next step is to put a unemployed agency to stand by them real services and put them to a test if they can manage without a forcing things to happen by law but with a free market spirit.

If a boutique has something t offer
really there wil be queus. If not it was never worthwhile to wait. This is called a life.

Why as to pay for a service if it can not hold on itself even practised for decades for a professional level?

My suggestion in board strokes is here and rest one can guess.

While there is junior citizens to help
I give my ideas how to make things motivating.

When You enter to the customer to the unemployed office You get 50 points. So what?

The point in here is that instead of deciding on behalf of the junior or elder citizens and making them an co-dependent citizn to arrive back t the soup queus on a next recession we help them to decide themselves.
The only thing to do for an unemployemtn agency is to supply services and watch what happen. Never intervene or the philosophy is fucked. The natural continuum is not to allow the same kiosk which is doing the forceful course pending behalf of the helpless junior to punish from healthy rebelling by cutting their basic income safety.

Manipulating basic income safety causes more expenses on tax payers. Even kids can figure out this will happen when Yuo can not buy food or pay rent or buy yuor medicine at time or Yuo strat running and begging with bureacracy helping the bureaccracy t expland.

The solution is to put one piece of shtee with a name of social welfare for basic and Yuo have it becasue in an modern society there is not an individual who could decided ÒwrongÓ or worse tha low salary worker to control things.

These are only exmaples how Yuo drop the insitutions down. However those who does not underatnds this article is a provcation they will find out that things will happen during many years. Similar fashion like I have suggested the YLE shoudl be bring down. Telling the employees
honestly an well in advance (meaning years 3 to 5 yeasr at least on advance) that ÒHey, Kids I am Your Captain. I have good news and Bad news. We are sinking. But good news is that You have honest Captain. You have each of You at least 3 years to find a personal life boat and see that Life exist everywhere it is not stucked in here. That is my promise.You may dismiss.Ó

Why In the future kids are not put to trouble and fire them without a warning is becasue they are learning independnce in Finnish Unemployemnt Agencies. Whne They arrive they are told they have week time to read the rights and responsibilities from the internet.

When they get back they reserve time to their contact person and present their persponal plan. How well it seems to fit with a reality the contact person in unemployed agency can put 10 to 20 points more in the basket of a kid. Howveer he or she has no rights whatsowever to touch and take any points away*.

*If You do not understand the logic it is that punsihment meands co-dependecy and responsibility. It belongs to an army where the things might get heated in real life. But on unemployment office has task task and prsponsibility to grow independent kids for Finland to succeed.

When kid wonders what he or she might do with a points the clue is that You will not help to much. You do not talk like an idiot and be in the voice all of the time. Let the kid ask and find out him or herself.

He probbaly gets back to the office by free will. Amazingly this means he or she strat to have an attitude of a favorable to society at large. He or she learn the truts and see there is no picky rules and isntant punishment for minor mistakes because rare is the case in real lives either.

If he or she is a clever guy he find from net and the list on the office how one can useone«s points if it comes up on one«s own decision.

To learn english may cost still a lot poinst but to learn Cad, PC or engineriing skills on a needed sectories at real life migt have
more often bargain prices.

Still there must be a rom to have difference to be allowed. If an entrepreneur or an artist steps into the office do not try to make him or her an engineer by force and then call an ambulance to take one to mental hospital aftre a five years.

Learn to listen and believe the stories of people. Enjoy the risining and education experience Yuo spenf ties with kid he or she probably turns Your world and values rather than we older could jail him or her on an our obsolete values.

We learn reasonability when we are ready to open our heart in our works which is impossible if You have taught Yuo got a lawbook Yuo must read the discipline and people are basically criminals or to be controlled with.

The entrepreneurs will not either learn the entrepreneurship in entrepreneu courses bought for themselves think ready and then put them there by force.

Let artist, innovators and entrepreneurs and future politics
to make own ideas and go their poinst in their basket to suggest
a personalized teaching even it would be sculpture in Holland.
Probbaly her or him point will not be sufficient to fly Holland but perhaps she suggest another education here
in Finland. If she ever did came a sculpturer You both win. If she fails she knows she did take the risk
and failed an carries the responsbility of having less points in next time whch means she must choose not from the thousands but of ten alternatves which are working safely. Howver do not get an major cardinal mistake and come and intervene and put a one option at her hand. If You did that she come for sure to ask You will do that gain.

If as an government decider You do not believe me I can not help You.

and my price is not too much. For a reasonable amount of prensentation I charge one thousand to two thusand euros in this case.
