As you will know, Aspiritus is a company founded by a group of investors wanting to take part in the business of online gaming. We bought some of the assets of a company formerly known as World Games Incorporated (WGI). We saw WGI as a splendid opportunity to gain access to the online gaming world. High revenue, loyal members and the MLM system bringing the business forward made us look at WGI, and eventually buy the company.
As all investors, we buy (shares in) companies hopefully to make money on our investments. The Aspiritus business has been in the red since June 2005, and even if we see a membership growth, the income does not increase.
There are several reasons for this, as we see it. First of all, we have the allegations from the pityful norwegian lawyer, Olav Sylte. Further on, we have the school teacher, mr. Kunoe. Both men have obtained media coverage for their lies, destructing the base core of Aspiritus as a company.
We have of course taken our measures and yesterday, a preliminary court meeting was held in Kristiansand, Norway, in our trial against mr. Sylte. Depending on the outcome in this trial, we will sue more members of the norwegian naysayers, telling lies about our business, and accusing us of fraud.
A trial is a time consuming matter. As we see it, it will take long time before these false allegations are treatet in the norwegian court. In the meantime, we see that the Aspiritus revenue is going further down.
Some of the investors in the group have signalized for a long time that they want to back out from Aspiritus. Allthough, there are some investors who would like change the company to a regular provider of online gaming and gambling.
The MLM structure and the commission payments and the administration that it brings, makes the expences too high for a somewhat small company like Aspiritus.
We already have the equipment, the licenses and the software, and we do believe that we are able to be a significant provider of online entertainment, gaming and gambling.
But how will this affect you?
First of all, you will no longer have any MLM-obligations. You will no longer make points or money by introducing new customers to Aspiritus. You will no longer make any income by getting new members, or by your downline playing or using our products. The whole idea of MLM will disappear from Aspiritus.
Regarding the units (your own stocks in Aspiritus), you will keep them as before. Aspiritus will remove the price agreement on EUR 1, and at the same time open the stock for free trade. That means that people all over the world, not only Aspiritus members, can buy your shares. We hope that this will give you a nice income, and maybe you will see yourself as a rich stock broker after some months.
Income from VirtuDaq will be used in real investments, creating more substance to the stock game.

tulee esiin oikeudenkäynnissä(luultavasti Aspi vetäytyy siitä). Wgi-pappi Petteröe on Sylten todistajana oikeudessa ja hän kertoi iltapäivälehdille että jäseniä kusetettiin nimenvaihdolla(siis nimi vaan vaihtui).

Tällä hetkellä siis muutama sata suomalaistakin miettii, miten lähipäivinä selittää sukulaisilleen ja entisille ystävilleen miten rahat on kupattu ja mitään ei takaisin saa. Vaikea kuvitella missään sellaista tyhmyyden määrää kuin siinä porukassa, joka lampaina seurasi Gregiä kusetuksesta toiseen.

At midnight on Wednesday 30th November the Aspiritus business was to
officially close the link that allowed members of the business that
Aspiritus acquired (WGI) to convert to becoming members of Aspiritus.
The deadline had already been extended once from 9th October to the 30th
November and in that time almost 20,000 members had come across.
Therefore the decision to extend was easily justified.
Nonetheless since Thursday, Aspiritus has been inundated with requests
from sponsors for members who have forgotten user names and passwords
and the phone lines in Support have been ringing off the hook with those
former members (WGI) who feared they would miss the deadline. Aspiritus
understands this renewed interest in Aspiritus comes from six main areas
of improvement that Aspiritus has been working hard to achieve for all
members:

The Network Leaders tour around Europe
Commitment to further developments/improvements
Commitment to translations.
It is vitally important that this company listens to its members, its
customers and its shareholders. There is no question that the field
endorsed by the Network Executive want the deadline extended. Corporate
are concerned about extending the deadline for the following reasons:
The company prides itself on keeping commitments
The deadline has been extended once before
The offer to members of the former business was made in good faith to
these members upon the closing of the other business and cannot be left
open indefinitely.
So what the company did was to leave open the link for a day to test the
appetite for further members to convert but without informing the member
base. Well, 600 extra members converted yesterday alone and on the basis
of that fact (and in response to our members overwhelming requests)
Aspiritus are prepared to extend the deadline for another two weeks.
This is a member initiative requested by the members and the company is
keen to be seen to be responsive to members. There are a lot of members
who missed the deadline and we want those people to be positive
Aspiritus members it is also clear that the appetite for conversion is
still there
Therefore the deadline is now midnight GMT on the 15th December 2005. We
can assure every member that this will be the final extension. We need
to go into the "GO" phase, the new phase of the Aspiritus business,
knowing all about our member base and our liabilities.
Unfortunately our records indicate that you did not accept the Aspiritus
terms and conditions until after this deadline had past.
