Tweak-XP ohjelmaa jos haluatte myös jatkossa käyttää wintoosan HELPPIÄ ja SYSTEMINFOA. Minulla ei ole enää helppiä eikä infoa. Tweak-XP tuhoaa wintoosan helpin ja ja saattaa postilistojen mukaan mennä koko kone FORMAT osastolle, hiphuraa ja kuka muisti tallentaa. Valitin ongelmasta ohjelman valmistajalle ja sain varsin kolkon vastauksen :

On the very first start of Tweak-XP, the software created a System-Restore point. You may switch back to this point using the System-Restore feature of Windows XP. Please check the Windows XP documentation or help file for details on the System Restore feature.
Once you've set your system back to a system restore point prior the installation of Windows XP, all tweaks you enabled through Tweak-XP or any other program will be re-set.

Firman vastaushan oli aivan asiallinen. Mitä odotit? Että sieltä tulisi pari kaveria katsomaan konettasi ja selvittämään ongelmiasi paikan päälle? Vai tosissasiko odotit jotakin hyvitystä kokemasi harmin vuoksi?
Jos valmistaja ei ole saanut muuta samansuuntaista palautetta, kuten vastauksesta ilmenee, paha heidän on ryhtyä mihinkään toimiin. Firma sentään lupasi tutkia asiaa ja sehän on jo kaikki mitä yhdellä vikaraportilla voi kuvitella saavuttavansa.
Puhut aivan totta. Vastaus oli asiallinen.
Kiitos keskustelun aloittaneelle kuitenkin vinkistä. Itselläni on Tweak Xp asennettuna, jota en pahemmin ole kuitenkaan käyttänyt. Täytynee laittaa korvan taakse mahdolliset vaarat mitä ohjelma saattaa kantaa. Tosin ainahan tuollaisissa 'pintaa syvemmälle' -ohjelmissa on omat vaaransa, jos ei 100%:sti tiedä mitä tekee.
easy-cleaner tuhoaa ainakin hakutoiminnon xp:ssä.
Ohje ja tuki häviää easy-cleanerin rekisterin puhdistuksella Xp:ssä.
