Hi Members

This is the proposed VirtuDAQ promotion,we have a scenario at the moment with VDAQ which is one of stagnation – in effect we have too many sellers and not enough buyers – so what we must do is to incentivize the buyers on a consistent basis.
The Objectives

1. Get members Buying In All 5 Stocks Every Day
2. Award Prizes on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly Basis
3. Encourage the Big Hitter – the major player
4. Get these stocks moving upward.

You have an opportunity to comment on the suggestion through this forum but please be careful with some of your suggestions as we are constrained by time, by budgets and by technical restrictions. Members will have an opportunity to comment on the proposal for one week, (ENDING 30TH June 2006) then the company will collate the comments made and then produce a promotion, which is as close to what the majority of members want as is practically possible.
The Promotion is split into four distinct groups

1. Daily
2. Weekly
3. Monthly
4. The Big Hitter


1. Daily - Category 1
A member must do the following to qualify for the Daily Prize

– There are 5 Daily Prizes of 20 Euro

A Member must buy

1 virtual share in Acme
2 virtual shares in Beta
4 virtual shares in Cara
10 virtual shares in Dune
20 virtual shares in Echo

The concept of buying is that the member must have purchased and retained these virtual shares between 00.00.00 GMT and 23.59.59 GMT in a given trading day. In other words they must have these virtual shares as additional virtual shares in their portfolio on midnight on the day in question.

2 If they do not buy these virtual shares in ALL stock they do not qualify

3. These purchases must come from either new funds deposited into the VirtuDAQ account existing credits in your VirtuDAQ account BUT Trade Account credits cannot be used for the purchase of qualifying virtual shares.

4 It is also not enough for a member to have spent more than the price of the shares in one stock – like buying 10 Euros worth of Echo or 10 Acme virtual shares.

Example
Lars comes home from work and buys 1 Acme, 2 Beta, 4 Cara, 10 Dune and 20 Echo and stops trading for the day and shuts down his computer – he qualifies.

Sonia buys 10 Acme 2 Beta 4 Cara 10 Dune and 20 Echo – and then sells 10 Acme and shuts down her computer – she does not qualify because she sold 10 Acme and does not have any more Acme at midnight than she did at the start of the day.

Bob buys 100 Euros worth of stock in Beta – he does not qualify for the Daily Draw.

Members may continue to buy and sell and trade on VirtuDAQ as they normally would all day every day just make sure that they have the ADDITIONAL qualifying shares in their portfolios at 23.59.59 GMT necessary to qualify...

N.B – If you are concerned about not being able to keep account of all trades why not just keep it simple every day, in order to qualify just buy the necessary amount of qualifying shares and don’t sell any.

Daily - Category 2

Every member who buys the following:

2 Acme
4 Beta
8 Cara
20 Dune
40 Echo

Will enter a draw to win one of two 50 Euro prizes every day – the rules are identical to the rules in Category 1 – simply that the amount of stock required to purchase is higher.

2.Weekly

Category 1

Members who have qualified for every day for the 7 days of the week at the Daily Category 1 rate will enter the draw for the Weekly Category 1 prize. Aspiritus will offer two 100 Euro prizes weekly

Category 2

Members who have qualified for every day for the 7 days at the Daily Category 2 rate will enter the draw for the Weekly Category 2 prize. Aspiritus will offer two 200 Euro prizes.

3. Duration prize

Category 1 qualify for all 30 days – 2x 500 prize

Category 2 qualify for all 30 days – 2x 1000 prize

The Big Hitter Draw

• Designed to reward the heavier player
• Every time a member plays 100 Euro in any one stock in an individual transaction with new money they will win a ticket for a draw to win 2000 Euro in cash.

Prize fund is 2000 Euro– Draw will be at the end of the promotion period.
