There have been many discussions on what will happen with VirtuDAQ if there is a trade sale. I can give you my guarantee that the game will continue and will not change.
From all the companies that we have discussed our business with, they were all very impressed with VirtuDAQ and the entire concept around it. They saw the potential for this game and how it is a fundamental part of the Aspiritus business.
As we move forward, the Aspiritus concept (MLM and gaming) will not change either. Again, all companies that we have spoken to appreciate the Aspiritus business model and see the value in this model. No further changes will be made to the pay plan, structure of the binary or the commissions distributed for the work that you do.
The only change that I can see happening is that new suppliers of our current casino and poker may change and products will be added such as skill games. On top of this, new developments within the Aspiritus business will occur. These changes will include the addition of non-gaming related businesses in the future (this will not happen for a while but is something that Aspiritus will persue).
Aspiritus is here for the long term. Are you?
The July results will be released next week (not sure which day as we are waiting on the VC results). I suggest that you read Jost's communication very carefully and understand where this company is heading.
