kuinka huonosti. mutta minullakin on joskus ollut samoja ongelmia siksi olen huolestunut. Pidemmän päälle sitä ei jaksa.

aamulla tai aamupäivällä?
yöllä sitten kun olet nukahtanut? voi sua...
mutta sitten kun vihdoin nukahdan, niin saan kyllä hyvin nukuttua. Hassua, että nukahtamisongelmaa ei niinkään ole kun ei tarvi mennä nukkumaan yksin. En tiedä, mistä johtuu..ehkä silloin ei pyöri niin paljon ajatuksia päässä kuin yksin ollessa. Ei kaikille varmaan vain sovi yksin nukkuminen :D
