Saikos Sevenin veroedustaja toimitettua tilinpäätöstiedot prh:lle? Nyt nimi näyttäisi ainakin vaihtuneen 14.11.2006 Zinzino Oy:ksi. Miten kävi Sevenin osakkeille ja osakkeen omistajille? Jos joku omistaa osakkeita niin kysymykset voi suunnata VV:lle, Suomen vastaavalle. (Taitaapi olla sama henkilö muissakin vedätyksissä mukana.)

Mielenkiintoista... Firma näyttäisi olevan vieläkin CommitCom Oy'n asiakkaana. Ainakin postit näyttäisivät menevän tätä kautta.
Tämä on sinänsä vähän outoa, koska kyseinen tiedotustoimisto sai aikoinaan aika pahasti paskaa käteen Sevenin aiheuttamista sotkuista ja säädöistä. Omaa syyttään tosin.

Shareholder information
In reference to previous information, share trading via the Getshares.com
platform will cease on December 31, 2006. Trading through the fund
commission Thenberg & Kinde will not be possible after this date. Please
find more information in this news item.
Shareholders with funds in their depository accounts who wish to withdraw
these funds must report this via proper forms to Thenberg & Kinde no later
than December 29th, 2006. Funds remaining in the depository after this date
will be difficult to access.

Purchase and Sales orders are administered by Thenberg & Kinde as usual.
Please remember that an order must have both a buyer and a seller to be
accepted. An order that has not been completed by December 31st, it will be
annulled.
>From January 1st, 2007
Buyers and sellers must agree on share trading on their own. Forms and
contracts for registering share trading in this traditional manner will be
available on the Seven corporate web page, available by link from
www.seven.net. Please note that this is strictly an exchange between buyer
and seller and that all traders must notify the company of such share
trading in order to maintain a correct and updated list of shares.
Plans for new share trading
It is the company's ambition to open up the possibility for registering the
shares in Seven Nox AB with the Swedish Värdepapperscentralen (VPC) during
the coming year, which will make it possible to obtain an officially listed
share price and simplified trading. It is our ambition to have this work
completed by summer. More information will be forthcoming.
