Recently, Mohammed Barkindo, the acting secretary-general of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), said that the global oil market was over-supplied by more than 500,000 barrels per day. Due to the imbalance, the group of petroleum exporters is expected to consider a further reduction in their daily output during their scheduled conference this week in Nigeria. It must be noted that last Friday, OPEC Chief and Nigerian Oil Minister Edmund Daukoru said that he was in favor of further production cuts. mitään tekemistä öljyn riittävyyden kanssa pidemmän päälle. Kunhan koittavat taata itselleen järkevän hintatason pienentämällä tarjontaa. Saavatpahan hinnan nousemaan.
Näin se vapaa kilpailu toimii öljyntuotannossa.
Kukahan uskaltais alkaa ääneen valittaa moisesta "kartellista". Heh.
Onkos tullut mieleen, että OPEC saattaa valehdella tuotannon vähenemisen syistä. Esimerkiksi Saudien tuotanto oli jo tippumassa hyvää vauhtia ENNEN kuin he alkoivat ilmoitella tuotannon vähennyksistä.
Mielenkiintoista myös, että Katrinan aikaan Saudit lupasivat lisätä tuotantoaan, mutteivat lisänneetkään. Kun eivät kyenneet.

..uskot enemmän tuohon potaskaan vai puhtaaseen tietoon, joka on, että öljyvarat loppuvat pika puoliin? Jotkut ovat vain niin hölmöjä, että eivät tiedä tosiasioita.
Mikähän on se puhdas tieto? 1970-luvulla sanottiin varmana tietona että öljy loppuu 30 vuodessa eli siis näinä aikoina. Ei tainnut loppua.
