Secret police of Finland paralysed

The Finnish secret police has somehow uncovered by trying extreme hard that somebody knows their all secrets and secrets are leaked out by a mole, perhaps. This unit has already a long time been paralysed due to inability to find out who might be the double agent among a crew of about 200.

Finnish investigate police are mostly considered, especially the secret one, to be an idiot. On the base of several unsolved and serious crimes as a recent robberies of jeweller`s. So it is though most of the secret police and its budget should be moved to guard over these jeweller`s and other possible targets seen before. Now obviously the international and organised crime hold the Finnish police up to ridicule. They come to rob a gold watches, while the battery is empty !

Is this mole possibly the same figure who was also uncovered former Stasi mole in Finnish secret police by the Finnish ambassador, who made him nervous and after that make perhaps the worst mistake of a secret agent ? At least his identity is well known by the biggest Intelligence service acting in Finland, perhaps, as all other secrets too.
