Obviously analogy doesn't work because the russian goverment are not willing to take responsibility hurting legislated laws.
As far as I'm concerned they are only hurting themselves because there are no reliable laws which are biding the russian goverment. It seems there's still a lot of work to do, if one wants to participate international tradecommunity.

Finland wastes billions into this appalling circus every year. Most of the money just disappears into uneffectiveness, but a reasonable amount of it is directed into the pockets of the Swedes, both in Finland and Sweden.
In practice, this system has created a complete Swedish infrastructure for the businesses of Sweden to compete in Finland with better terms than Finns. And a system for the Swedish Rostroi to work here.
Sipoo has been one of the strongest and most fanatically defended fortresses of the Swedes, and they have done what ever is possible to keep Finns out. But little by little, the common sense is winning in Finland, also in the forceswedish problem.
