mEMBERS NEED TO UPDATE THEIR DETAILS
Aspiritus recently sent out an email to all Aspiritus members that have held Club Equity credits. Of the 158,364 emails sent, 48,182, or 30.42%, bounced back due to unknown email addresses that have been supplied by our members.
Now consider the information below:
Aspiritus has over 175,000 members on our books that have accepted the Aspiritus terms and conditions. Of these 175,000 members, 149,622 members have given permission to Aspiritus to send them communications via email. In a recent email to all members, Aspiritus was once again astounded to find that just under 40% of all emails sent, or 59,833, “bounced” back to us due to incorrect email addresses being supplied. All members MUST Have a Valid and Unique Email Address.
As Aspiritus moves forward, we will be required to contact all members regarding the Aspiritus business. If we are getting 30% or 40% of emails “bouncing” then how can we contact these members? Some members may suggest “snail mail” as an alternative. This is a good idea but we have also found that a lot of this information is not correct as the information supplied is not sufficient, such as the street address is just “a” or something similar, to send physical mail to these members.
Therefore, Aspiritus is seeking the assistance of our members that are receiving our correspondence to discuss this with all members that they come into contact with so that we can get as many members as possible to update their details.
There are a lot of very good changes coming up within Aspiritus and we would like every member to participate in the benefits that will be obtained from these developments.
