Hatfiel-Oak pankissa taitaa olla samoja ongelmia kuin tässä tanskalaisessakin.

Dear members/investors

Regarding our ongoing investigation
We have today received a preliminary report related to the internal ongoing investigation related to the origin of funds for all investments being sent for trading through SNG Invest Limited S. A. The report received contains 172 pages outlining information on our investors names, addresses and other relevant details that members have provided us with.

A summary of the information received at our end needs to be collated/put together before this can be published. We are unable to provide You with an exact time-frame on this, as from past experience any time-frames given can be misleading and cause a lot of frustration amongst our members/investors.
We promise to work hard and do our very best in order to present the information received as soon as possible.

However, we can confirm that there is still some work to be done before we can present final results of this investigation to our-trading-partners, our co-operating banks and other suppliers. A number of investors to date, have not yet provided us with the documentation required and this matter needs to be resolved – one way or another.

The problem at present is that although the larger percentage of investments can be verified, the lower percentage of funds invested are question-marked as potential “black money”/illegal transactions. Thus resulting in - the lower percentage of undocumented transactions – may become problematic in the near future.

Regarding foundations/IBC’s in Panama
All investors who have purchased foundations and/or IBC’s through Hatfield-Oak need to pay the annual fee in order for Your entities not to be cancelled. Unfortunately, we are unable to pre-pay these on Your behalf – simply because SNG’s funds are blocked until the ongoing investigation is resolved. Therefore we do not have any direct access to the funds.
