asiakastyytyväisyyskysely tehdä ellei ko. merkin omistajilta? Minulta on ainakin turha kysellä tyytyväisyyttäni esimerkiksi BMW:hen kun en koskaan ole merkkiä omistanut. En kyllä riehu pitkin keskusteluryhmiä sitä arvostelemassakaan. Otan kantaa vain siihen merkkiin ja malliin joka ko. aikana on ajokkini. Historia on historiaa ja tulevaisuus tulevaisuutta.
