Pakistanissa on surmattu 40 pappia ja ns. aktiivia kristittyä 3 viime vuoden aikana. Indonesiassa on poltettu satoja kirkkoja viiden viime vuoden ajan ja noin 10 000 kristittyä on tapettu. Saudi-Arabiassa muun uskonnon kuin islamin harjoittaminen on kielletty, muut uskonnolliset merkit kuin islamin on kielletty, muiden uskontojen pyhät rakennukset on kielletty. Länsisudanin Dafurin alueella on käynnissä etninen puhdistus, jossa hallituksen tukemat islamilaiset joukkojen terrorista kärsii miljoona toisuskoista.
