Hävitin tuossa joku aika sitte pankkikortin ja jouduin tietysti sulkemaan kortin sulkupalvelussa.
Sen jälkeen oli tarkotus tilata ulkomailta tavaraa uudella kortilla, yllätys yllätys paypal tilillä luki:
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Jan 20, 2010: Your credit card issuer notified us that a card associated with your account has been reported as lost or stolen, or that there were additional problems with your card. For more information about the problem with your card, please contact your credit card issuer directly.
Sitten piti lähettää kopio laskusta, mistä näkyy nimi ja osoite. Lähetin puhelinlaskusta kopion kun siinä on kännykkä numero vielä lisäksi.
Se onnistui ja kelpasi sinne, mutta sähköpostiin tuli tänään viesti:
Dear xxxx xxxxx,
We're sorry, but we cannot restore full access to your account until we
receive additional information.
Please send your credit card statement for your credit card ending in
xxxx46124 which shows your name and address exactly as it appears on your
PayPal account. Please remember it can not be older than 6 months
Tuo loppu on siitä suljetusta kortista. Mikä lausunto mun pitää sinne lähettää?

Siinähän sanontaan, että lähetä "credit card statement", eli lähetä kopio Visa-laskustasi.
Miten lähetän Visa-laskustani mitään kopiota kun Visaa ei ole. Kortti oli electron, mitään paperisia tiliotteita ei ole tullut kotiin. Ja nettipankista kopioitu tiliote ei luonnollisesti kelpaa, ja toisekseen siinä ei näy nimeä eikä osoitetta. Jep, ehkä täytyy mennä pankkiin kyselemään.
