I just moved to Finland from the USA and am looking to make English speaking friends. Sorry, I don't speak Finnish yet... I moved from Tennessee, but I am no redneck.(laugh):-) I am orignally from S. Florida. For those of you who are curious I am female, age 39.

Just very welcome to Finland gattie. Few advice to you:
- Water in "avanto" will freeze you! Most of finnish havent tried it themselves but we all will try to persuade YOU to go there :)
- Learn the language, or at least try - its only way to get true respect.
- Accept the fact that finnish people dont want to speak small talk.
- Remember to vote against Bush :)
