Suunnitelman takana olivat USA:n teollisuuspiirit, nämä samat, jotka olivat tukemassa Hitleriä (DuPont/GM, Ford jne).

Mutta toisaalta, eihän siellä vallankaappaukseen tarvita edes sotilaita. Siviilivallankaappaus näyttää olevan helpommin tehtävissä.
