You are equally dead if a woman murders you, and equally beat up if a woman commits DV. I never claimed women can't be violent, or shouldn't be punished equally for such. But you cannot be equally raped by a woman, because female rapists are a biologically impossible category, due to the fundamental nature of sexuality. It is dishonest and ludicrous to claim you are "raped" if a woman forces you to penetrate her, because the act carries none of the implications of rape, biologically or culturally. Indeed, in all relevant respects, and aside from the banal fact that penetrating and being penetrated are not even physically the same acts, the effects of the acts are opposite, too. Most men are only thrilled to be so popular with the ladies. Being traumatized by female sexual coercion is almost unheard of. The normal reaction to female "rape" among the male "victim's" peers is envy rather than fear, and that should tell you everything you need to know about how absurd it is to treat it as a serious crime. In my opinion, the law should only recognize male perpetrators of sex crimes. If a man insists on pressing charges against a woman for sexual coercion, then the law should treat it as any other assault. The sexual aspect is irrelevant. A woman forcing you to penetrate her can thus be simple assault or, depending on how much violence is used, some sort of violent assault and battery, but never rape. Treating it as rape is absurd and dishonest.
