Christians 'will be minority in Germany'
Christians in Germany will become a minority in the next 20 years, a report claimed on Friday. Less than 50 percent of the population will belong to the Catholic and Protestant churches as congregations slowly die out.
Around 60 percent of the country is currently Christian with 24 million Catholics and 23 million Protestants. But that number is falling by 500,000 a year through deaths, the Welt newspaper reported on Friday.
The decline is expected to sharpen over the next decade as the bulk of church members are already elderly.
By 2033 churches will have less than 40 million members making Christianity a minority, the paper said.

Positiivisia uutisia tulvii nyt joka maasta. Iso muutos on tapahtumassa laajalla rintamalla. On etuoikeutettua elää aikana jolloin historian iso sivu tulee kääntymään. Kristinusko tulee jäämään vähemmistöjen taikauskoksi kaikissa länsimaissa seuraavien vuosikymmenien kuluessa. Kun näitä uutisia alkaa leviämään maailman mediaan, niin muutosvauhti tulee kiihtymään hurjasti.

Onnekkaita ovat ne kirkon työntekijät jotka pääsevät normaalieläkkeelle viiden vuoden sisällä. Sen jälkeen kyyti tulee olemaan kylmää.
Mielenkiintoisa on toteamus, että muutoksen oletetaan vain kiihtyvän seuraavan vuosikymmenen aikana.
Totta kai se kiihtyy, kun uusia vanhoja ikäluokkia, jotka "uskovat 95% massalla" ei tule. Kun nykyiset uskovat vanhukset on kuolleet 10 - 20 vuoden kuluttua, ei nuoremmillakaan ole mitään paineita tehdä asioita, jotta varmistaa mummon perinnön.
