Shooting the fish

As the summer cottage season is here I'd like to ask is it allowed to shoot the fish? I usually put the fish on a sandy or muddy lakebank and kill it painlassly By shooting. For that purpose I have an old parabellum of the Nazi army and for bigger fish ashotgun and an Uzi machine gun officially licenced for that purpose by the local police. I consider these are crucial fishing equipment, don't you think?
