My experience with Finnish major bank and collector company
(I write it here if someone else will be more clever than me and do not trust so easily):
1. Bank issued me a credit card (it was actually credit card that was given me at my work place)
2. I made big purchases to this card during several months (i sold a flat and felt a bit rich)
3. It turned out that the card is actually not the credit card - you need to pay the whole sum to bank and they do not want to give it as a credit (restructure the debt
)
4. Because bank wants money at once, Bank transfers the debt to Collector company.
5. Collector company issues a debt reinstallement how They Want.
There is no way to negotiate with them the monthly sum or anything.
6. The problem starts when I am fired from work and start to receive only YTK money.
7. Collector now takes the half of the sum that YTK gives.
8. The money I got from flat went to pay the debts taken to buy it, for car and etc.
So, I can not pay back the whole amount to Collectors.
9. There is no work and there is only half of YTK money that is left after paying the colllectors.
There is no possibility to rent a flat, of course.
10. There is a big health problem because of stress raised by such situation for more than a year now.
11. No possibility to pay for medical investigations because I am not considered as a person who needs this - I am completely fine for all social organizations because I receive YTK money. I can rent a flat as they think because I receive YTK money even so the money are barely enough to eat.
If you want the names of those organizations i can send in private, but i am sure the same happens in all of them.
So, do not be so stupid as me.
