Uskonnonvapautta ei voi rajata sillä, että joku aate tuntuu toisesta jotenkin typerältä. Jos totta puhutaan niin kristinusko se vasta typerä aatte ja uskonto on. Valtio ei voi asettaa yhtä uskomusta toisen edelle tai kieltää jotain vain sillä perusteela, että se on jonkun mukaan typerää ja epäuskottavaa. Jos näin olisi niin myös kristinuskoa on kohdeltava samalla tavalla.
