Vain viikko oman häämatkansa jälkeen laulaja Tauski Peltonen kohtasi suuren suru-uutisen. Hänen sydänystävänsä ja monille faneillekin laulukeikoilta tuttu Jarkko ”Jacce” Kuutniemi löydettiin yllättäen torstaina kuolleena kotoaan 66-vuotiaana.

Tauskille hän oli kuin perheenjäsen. Hän kertoo palanneensa Suomeen Turkin-häämatkalta ja yrittäneensä saada ystäväänsä puhelimitse kiinni. Kun tästä ei kuulunut mitään, syttyi huoli. Yleensä ystävä palasi nopeasti asiaan, mutta näin ei käynyt tällä kertaa.

– Aavistin pahaa, koska hän ei yleensä koskaan pitänyt puhelintaan kiinni. Soitin hätäkeskukseen ja pyysin, että poliisit kävisivät katsomassa Jaccen kotona. Menin itsekin paikalle kiireesti. Poliisit löysivät hänet kotoaan Turusta menehtyneenä.

– Jacce kuoli äkilliseen sairaskohtaukseen. Tämä on iso menetys, joka on koskettanut koko perhettäni, Tauski Peltonen sanoo Iltalehdelle. Vielä kesällä Kuutniemi kulki keikoilla mukana. Hänelle oli kunniatehtävä ajaa auto keikoille ja sieltä kotiin. Kuukausi takaperin alkoi tulla sairastelua.
