He eivät pese käsiään käydessään aterialle.' " (Matt. 15:1-2)
Keskustelu loppuu Jeshuan sanoihin: "Nämä saastuttavat ihmisen. Pesemättömin käsin syöminen ei ihmistä saastuta." (Matt. 15:20)
" (Matt. 15:10-11)
Jeshua puhui kosher-ruuasta. Mikään kosher-ruoka ei saastuta ihmistä. Meidän pitää ymmärtää mikä on ruuan määritelmä juutalaisille.
Tästä on erilaisia tulkintoja.

Olisit lukenut tuon luvun kokonaan.

Absolutely nothing to do with food! "And a voice came to him, 'Rise, Kefa; kill and eat.' But Kefa said, 'Not so, Master! For I have never eaten anything common or unclean.’And a voice spoke to him again the second time, 'What YHVH has cleansed you must not call common.' This was done three times. And the object was taken up into heaven again (Acts 10:13-16 NKJ)."
It is believed by so many that Kefa's (Peter's) vision in Acts 10 and 11 indicates that YHVH had changed His mind and that it is now okay to eat any creature, clean or unclean. Has the Holy One, blessed be He, changed His mind; the One who said, "I Am YHVH, I do not change?" Another argument is that it is assumed by many that YHVH had to relax His dietary laws to facilitate table fellowship with those Gentiles who would be coming into the family of YHVH. In order to get the complete picture of what is happening here, please first read the entire passage from Acts 10:1-11:18.
Kefa was a devout, Torah observant Jewish man. Does this mean that YHVH gave Kefa license to now eat unclean animals? What did Kefa think after this vision? Did he "rise, kill and eat?" Did he run down to Simon the tanner and say, "Pull out those Alaskan king crab legs that we've been craving?" No, verse 17 indicates that Kefa wondered what it meant. By verse 19, he was still wondering. If Kefa was so sure that YHVH was telling him that all unclean animals are fit for food, he didn't get it. In fact, Kefa never got it. He knew that YHVH had never called unclean animals clean anywhere in the Tanakh (not even in the Apostolic Writings, though they weren't written yet).
Well, if not animals, then what had YHVH considered clean that Kefa was considering common? In the vision there is a discourse between "the voice" and Kefa which occurs three times while he is seeing the vision (not that the vision necessarily occurred three times). Immediately following his vision, three servants arrived to inquire of Kefa about the Kingdom of YHVH. In the Judaism of Kefa's day, there were many Gentiles that took upon themselves the "yoke" of the Torah. A Gentile who chose to worship YHVH, the God of Israel and follow His commandments was called a ger toshav (God fearer). A ger toshav chose to live his life according to Torah. Many would become proselytes, full converts to Judaism, after undergoing circumcision and immersion. In verses 10:1-2, Cornelius is identified as a centurion (Roman), a devout one who fears YHVH, along with his entire household, and has been generous in alms giving and prayed to YHVH always. So despite Cornelius being a Gentile, he was Torah observant, keeping the instructions in Vayikra (Leviticus) chapters 11-15 regarding the eating of only clean animals and the purity laws. In Vayikra, YHVH declares that one who keeps these commandments is "clean." The Torah also indicates in Vayikra 19:34 that a stranger - ger or Gentile - who joins himself to YHVH by keeping the commandments is to be considered and treated as a native. A ger toshav, not being a convert, would still be limited in full participation at the Temple and in Pesach observance, according to the Torah, but the first century Jews should not have been considering the Torah observant Gentiles unclean and avoiding all social contact, including meals, with them.
The well accepted hermeneutic principle of kal v'khomer also emerges in this passage. Kal v'khomer means light and heavy and is used to argue that if this light thing is important then how much more important is this heavier thing. Kashrut, or the Kosher laws, are among the light, or easy, commandments to keep. As most will admit, good relationships, shalom among brothers, are the heavy things to accomplish. To love your enemy is a heavy thing; it is not quite as easy as taking care of what you eat. So the kal v'khomer of the passage is, if YHVH is honored by acknowledging the foods that He has called clean, then, how much more is He honored by the acknowledgment of the human beings that He has called clean. Or, Kefa, if YHVH has considered certain animals to be unclean to you - and you would not consider them clean - then how much more should you not call men unclean which He has called clean. We can see that YHVH has made it very clear to Kefa when in Acts 10:28 Kefa says, "... YHVH has shown me that I should not call any man common or unclean."
In summary, nowhere in the Torah or the Apostolic Writings does YHVH indicate that unclean animals are now to be considered clean. YHVH was showing Kefa that He does make a distinction between that which is clean and unclean and that a Gentile is considered clean through turning to YHVH and His commandments, as had Cornelius. The Jewish religious leadership considered Gentiles to be unclean, and rightly so. For the most part, Gentiles were pagans, idolaters and ritually impure. However, there were many like Cornelius, Torah observant Gentiles who loved the God of Israel. They were trusting in the promises of YHVH and waiting, with many in Israel, for Him to send the Redeemer.
Yeshua made it clear in His teaching that keeping the Torah is very important. In Mattityahu (Matthew) 5:19 Yeshua says, "Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven." The passage in Acts about Kefa's vision, indicates that even after Yeshua's death, burial and resurrection, keeping the Torah is an expectation that YHVH has for those who would follow Him. Kefa's vision is sandwiched in between Cornelius' vision and Kefa's meeting with representatives sent on behalf of Cornelius, a ger toshav, who is to be treated as a native Israelite. YHVH has always made provision for Gentiles who choose to follow His Torah — they have an inheritance with Israel, as is stated in Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 56:17.
"Thus says YHVH: 'Keep justice, and do righteousness, for My Salvation is about to come, and My Righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, and keeps his hand from doing any evil. Do not let the son of the foreigner who has joined himself to YHVH speak, saying, 'YHVH has utterly separated me from His people'; nor let the eunuch say, 'Here I am, a dry tree.' For thus says YHVH, 'To the eunuchs who keep My Sabbaths and choose what pleases Me and hold fast My covenant. Even to them I will give in My house and within My walls a place and a name better than that of sons and daughters. I will give them an everlasting name that shall not be cut off; also, the sons of the foreigner who join themselves to YHVH, to serve Him and to love the name of YHVH, to be His servants. Everyone who keeps from defiling the Sabbath and holds fast My covenant — even them I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on My altar; for My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.'
Kyllä tämä kaikkiruokaisuus on vahvistettu apostoli Paavalinkin taholta:
1.Korinttolaiskirje:
Tuo verijuttu tulkitaan monesti lihaksi, josta on veri laskettu.
