Dear Friends,
A cease-fire has been declared and rocket attacks have finally stopped.
But this war is not over. Not by a long shot.
159 Israelis were killed in the past month. Over 2000 were wounded. For these victims and their families, the war will not end for a very long time. In fact, it is just beginning.
The OneFamily Fund continues to work around the clock to respond to the needs of victims. We're helping displaced families who've returned home to find their houses destroyed; soldiers who've returned from southern Lebanon with severe physical and mental wounds; and bereaved families who now must pick up the pieces of a summer vacation turned to war and bereavement. Join us.
Close to 100 children have been orphaned in the past month - five of whom were less than a year old. One was just two weeks old. Seven of those killed had been engaged, and two others had been married for less than three months. So many lives have been shattered.
For each of the thousands of people who have lost loved ones or been hurt themselves by this war, OneFamily will be there to provide for their immediate and long-term needs. That is what we have done for more than 2,500 victims of terror in Israel during the past five years. We provide financial, emotional, and legal assistance to every terror victim who needs us.
The T. family is just one of the many families hurt by Hezbollah who need our help. On August 3, Tisha B'Av, when Jews around the world were mourning the destruction of the Temple, tragedy struck David T., his wife, and their two children. They had been staying with David's mother and his brother Ari in Acco, sharing the same bomb shelter.
After a volley of Katyusha rockets landed near their home, the T. family and their relatives emerged from their bomb shelter for a breath of fresh air, thankful their home had not been hit. At that moment a Katyusha rocket struck next to them. Hundreds of ball-bearings and scraps of metal packed in the tip of the rocket flew in all directions striking nearly every member of the family
As David lay on the ground, a neighbor ran over to help. "I'm hurt, I'm going to die," David choked, as he bled profusely from shrapnel wounds. His brother Ari had already lost consciousness. "Daddy Daddy, don't die. I love you!" yelled Ari's son, shaking his lifeless body.
It was too late. David and his brother were dead. David's mother, sister, daughter, and sister-in-law were all wounded in the explosion and rushed to the hospital. They would mourn the two brothers from their hospital beds.
The T. family has been shattered – children orphaned and two wives widowed. Who will comfort them? Who will support them financially and emotionally now that David and Ari are dead? Who will help them rebuild?
OneFamily will. And we can't do it without you.
Right now OneFamily field workers are visiting bereaved families and wounded victims all over the country from morning to night. We are being asked to meet thousands of requests. We need you. Your contributions can help ensure that the War in Lebanon really does come to an end for these families.
The rockets may have stopped, but their struggle has not.

kaupustelu ja rahankerjuu KIELLETTY.
kuolikaan ja haavoittui Libanosissa? Puhumattakaan tuhotuista kortteleista Beirutissa, silloista, teistä, jne.
Joten juutalaisille ei tipu yhtään rahaa.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
latia! israel on paska maa.
