The sources told Holmes the insurgents -- a combination of Saddam loyalists and al Qaeda in Iraq fighters -- include snipers positioned on rooftops and gunmen patrolling the streets in pairs who were "falling back and regrouping" during the firefight.
An Iraqi military official said the military clampdown on Haifa Street was not part of the new Baghdad security plan, announced Saturday by Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki. "

Tämä on rautaista logiikkaa. Tulee ihan mieleen Saddamin propagandaministerin jutut kun jenkit hyökkäsivät, tippa ihan nousee linssiin kun naurattaa.

Kuinka pieni osa onkaan videoitu hyökkäyksistä ja niitä on netti pullollaan. Todelliset valtaajien uhrit liikkuvat kymmenissä tuhansissa. Tuskin tässä kauan tarvitsee enää muutenkaan odottaa että lähtevät maasta pakoon, onhan pakenemisesta jo puhuttu kauan aikaa mutta jotkut tahot eivät kestä häviötä.
