Kaikille, jotka eivät ole saaneet selville, mistä omat vatsakivut johtuvat: Minulla on ollut toistuvia, todella voimakkaita ylävatsakipuja jo monen vuoden ajan. Lääkärinkäynnit eivät ole olleet valaisevia. Eilen sain netistä vihdoinkin selville että minulla on ohutsuolen bakteerien ylikasvu johon auttaa vain laajaspektrinen antibioottikuuri (Kefalex on yksi sopiva) yhdistettynä suolen bakteerikantaa normalisoivaan Lactobacillus GG -maitohappobakteerivalmisteeseen, esim. Gefilus ja vähähiilihydraattiseen diettiin. Googlatkaa "bacterial overgrowth", suomeksi en ole löytänyt asiasta tietoa.

niin ethän ole vielä ehtinyt testata diagnoosisi pitävyyttä eli kokeilla tuota antibioottikuuria. Laita viestiä sitten kuurin jälkeenkin, että miten vaikutti.
Aloitin Kefalexin eilen, 2 x 750 mg päivässä, kerron sitten viikon kuluttua miltä tuntuu.

mutta antibiootit "ciprofloxacin" eli siprofloksasiini ja "norfloxacin" eli norfloksasiini ovat kyseisen tutkimuksen mukaan tehokkaimmat Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth syndrome (SIBO):n hoidossa.
Minulla vain sattui olemaan syömättä jäänyt Kefalex-kuuri kotona :) jota nyt otan (Gefilus-tablettien kera) viikon ajan 2 x 750 mg. Kerron sitten ensi viikolla miltä tuntuu.
Pakko se on itse tehdä joskus diagnoosi kun lääkärit eivät sitä ole onnistuneet tekemään.
