"Although official Pristina has not yet published the exact date for declaration of independence, international authorities say the Parliament is set to declare Kosovo independent on Sunday afternoon, 17 February, however, approximately 20 European Union (EU) countries will recognize rapidly the new state of Kosovo, following the declaration of independence.
UK, France, Germany and Italy could recognize independence of Kosovo on Monday, meanwhile their footstep, will join the United States proper.
Referring diplomatic sources, according to who such position do not support six EU member-countries, such as Cyprus, Greece, Slovakia, Spain, Bulgaria and Romania."
