tökkäämässä EU-sovietissa:
Art. 50 (1) Any Member State may decide to withdraw from the Union in accordance with its own constitutional requirements
Suurin ero on muistaakseni, että Neuvostoliitosta oli teoriassa mahdollista erota, EU:sta ei.
